what should I expect when working with a designer?
We like to keep the process simple and as pain free for you as possible! We begin by chatting on the phone and then meeting with you, maybe over coffee in your space or viirtual style meeting.
packages and services
We have multiple levels of service, from a simple space plan to full service projects. We work with multiple showrooms and can show you all levels of fabulous product and cabinetry.
Giving Back: along with our service to you, we automatically make a donation to either Children's Hospital or to benefit local Veterans.
groundwork
Together we put all the ideas on paper (space plan), and discuss the layout that you feel you need or want. We deliver a presentation to you and changes will be addressed at the presentation. A final space plan will be generated and returned to you to use with your own contractor. These are non specific products. This is a budget friendly and contractor choice package. Package includes 2 meetings, initial and presentation.

Together we put all the ideas on paper (space plan), and discuss the layout that you feel you need or want. We deliver a presentation to you and changes will be addressed at the presentation. A final space plan will be generated and returned to you to use with your own contractor. A retail list and mood photos may be provided for you to go and purchase items on your own. Note: This package is not available for kitchen and bath design as cabinet vendors will vary. However powder room design is available for this package.
studio design-build
Together we put all the ideas on paper (space plan), and discuss the layout that you feel you need or want. We deliver a presentation to you and changes will be addressed at the presentation. Presentation includes, 3D rendering, space plan, elevations, cabinets, stain or paint, counter tops, flooring, furniture, lighting, all where applicable and inline with the scope of work and needs of client. Starting at minimum of 10 hours time.
This package entitles you to 'trade only' resources'. This can be combined with retail or can be all 'trade only', depending on your needs.
finishes in a day
Have your Bath or Kitchen underway and need help to pick beautiful and appropriate finishes? We can pick your finishes for you in a day! Counter Top, Tile, Flooring, Fixtures, Paint. Includes 6 hours of selection time, and local travel. This does not include space planning.
