This is proven to make your property the most desirable in the area and the best return on your investment, especially in the Southern California market. 1 initial meet and greet
In our initial meet and greet meeting, you’ll find out if we are the right fit for you and if your project is a good fit for us! We’ll discuss the scope of your project and what your goals and visions are for your space. The priority of each space, your style, and your initial budget in every room or project helps to narrow down the process. We’ll also discuss our process, how we work, and our fees. This process is what works the best and alleviates the overwhelming feeling many homeowners have about their project. Please note that good design is a process and takes time to develop, so hence the best steps really do make the best projects.
3 conceptual design
Once you are completely thrilled with the concept design and budget you can then give us permission to move forward depending on what finishes you will need. This includes but not limited to, cabinets, furniture, tile, flooring, paint. Then the process of specifying all of your finishes and lighting fixtures begins. Working drawings are created and finalized for your approval, with floorplans and needed elevations.
2 onboarding and next steps
Once we are hired, we will start working on some conceptual designs to get an idea of what you like, dislike, function, and lifestyle you are looking for. For remodels we set forth to you a new updated floorplan, or furniture plan for your review and approval. These drawings/documents are the way we communicate with contractors and other trades. So this is very important for a smooth running remodel.
4 construction & installation
Now the main event! Your remodel begins! We work with the trades to get your finishes and lighting installed and then furniture arrives. Site visits as needed, and we communicate with you regarding project status. Part of our commitment to you is the communication and updates of the progress of your project and we know it will turn out fabulous!
