1-1.5 hour consultation- want to go over some ideas, questions, or decisions you may need to make on your own? The initial hour fee can be credited to your account if you decide to work directly with us. Limit 1 visit.
contractor/builder assistance- we assist contractors and builders with construction drawings/kitchen and bath drawings etc. for clients and for spec homes. Please inquire for more details.
in a box design- we supply a box for your full room design, with all you need to proceed on your own to execute your full room project. Options are space planning, furniture specification, lighting specification, and other requests that we can discuss!
kitchen and bath Design- we meet with you to discuss your project and discuss how you live and how this space can better work for you but yet still be beautiful. This can be a kitchen or a bath, or both! We bring finishes that are more off the beaten path and not seen everywhere! Ready for something different?
interior design- we can work with you to create the interior for 1full room or multiple rooms. Emphasis on flow from one room to the next creating a seamless look. Furniture, rugs, draperies, wall treatments, and endless other things, we have full access to all and everything that your project will need. We are also highly creative for restaurant and retail design. We also work with builders, contractors, spec homes, clients, and contract projects. We also can help with outdoor patio layout and furniture design.
re-upholstery assistance for Indoor and Outdoor Furniture this service is for those who need a little help pulling their outdoor or indoor spaces together with the appropriate fabrics as they do vary in performance and grade. We can redo your entire space or just help you select new fabric to recover your existing pieces.
Our Process in plain and simple as to streamline the process as much as possible:

Principal Designer Cynthia, is a Graduate of The Design Institute of San Diego (Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design), The Advanced Kitchen and Bath Program from Mesa College (NKBA Certified Bath Program), an AKBD Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer. Also a graduate of Architectural Drafting and Documentation Certification from Maryland Drafting and University Of Maryland College Park.
Having lived on both coasts of the United States she is influenced by world wide architecture and various design styles.
Her expertise is further enhanced by her strong educational and working background. Having previously worked for much larger firms she is very skilled in offering clients a diverse cross section of personalized styles. From previous work with NASA architectural projects, other Design Firms and now to your home, providing design solutions is her specialty,
